Description of tasks
Help, support and serve the client, user and beneficiary of the services and products offered by Atel; promote products and services that are not yet available to current customers; recover and reactivate customers who have stopped using the services of the company.
- Age: 19 years old and up.
- Academic level: Diversified or university students.
- Experience: 1 year in customer service or telephone and / or personal sales. (desirable)
- Skills: Excellent Customer Service, communication, Negotiation, closing sales and efficient and fast handling of Word and Excel computer packages.
- Attitudes: Proactive, sociable, punctual, honest and responsible.
